Virginia has mastered the arranging and placing of all things eclectic. As the daughter of an antiques dealer, she comes by it honestly. Every nook is filled with a story. The posters on the wall share her passion for music, the earrings displayed proudly embody her style and the canvases are done by her friends, an integral part of her life.
The patterns, the colors and the arrangement of the room has always baffled me. This space, though it could easily seem disorganized and cluttered, is straight up neat. Everyone marvels at it when they walk in the house, and it's not just because everyone has to walk through her dining-room-turned-bedroom room.
People are drawn to her room. Maybe because it contains all things pertinent to a good room: coziness, interesting baubles and a home for all your books and records.

ReplyDeleteIt's terribly precious! And just a little detail that I noticed which I love... is the top picture - how the 2nd drawer is just, JUST slightly open. Perhaps unintentional, but definitely perfection!
